Crashing during fights

After 2 hours or so, the game keeps crashing during a fight. It can't be the red aoe meter bug since it only happens on fights that don't have them. For example, the elder npc in ssp tents, or the left boss in frozen fang.

 

I have 16gb ram and win 10 64 bit. It was fine when silverfrost first came out. Only started happening within the past week or so. It's either a memory leak from a recent patch or another gameguard crap.
