Not able to see enemy skills in arena?

Why is it that I see streamers that are able to see enemy skill animations but i can't? This wasn't an issue before the recent patch. I have some friends with the same issue too. Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix?

 

For example, if i vs a destroyer I wouldn't b able to see his emberstomp at all.

You need to go on Settings/Graphics, first tab and press Reset button, choose Reset tab. Then it will begin to work.

click apply to all slider, depending on how much effects you want, slide apply to all from 1-5.

 

uncheck apply to all and apply custom settings.

 

somehow this works for me.
