Subscription Question

I bought a 90 day subscription last night and received an e-mail saying it was activated, but it has not been activated in-game. The 'Subscription Duration' says that I don't have a subscription. Is there anything I need to do to activate it?

Thanks! Can you please submit a Customer Support ticket about this? It is likely your payment was declined, but it isn't reflecting properly. Don't worry, you won't be charged twice and if you are, it can be easily rectified on our end.
