cant take rewards since update

I cant get my items out of the reward box where the stuff from the store and daily dash is stored. are there any known issues about it? i can recieve stuff from 23.03. or older but not the new stuff after the update of 24.03.

You have to "unpack" it first in your mail window then claim it.

Just like BlueBlue said. In the bottom right, there's a button that says "Unpack". Press it and it'll be available to you.
