Paid for premium membership and still dont have it. Plz Help!

My bro in law bought a 90 day premium membership thru the website around 4pm CDT and he still doesnt have it active at 3am CDT. He did put in a ticket but I'm wondering if he might have done something wrong (does he have to claim it somewhere?) or does the website membership not work (They already took the money for it). He didnt get anything.

I've just bought mine too... an hour ago... is there a time you need to wait? because its my 1st time buying  90 day premium membership!

I purchased a 365 day membership yesterday and nothing has come through either... I think there is a bug on their end as it is unlikely that all of us have done something wrong. If there are additional steps required to activate the premium membership then the documentation is very poor and should be a lot more concise when people are spending money!

My question is if you got billed, i just didnt see my balance going down, ive waited for a couple of days already qq
