Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times. I've tried running it with compatability checked for windows 8 in the launcher, Blade and Soul, and Matryoshika. None of them work. I also tried running it in 32 bit. Didn't work. Every time i press play, the loading screen shows then dissapears and the launcher reopens. Please help I'd like to play this game but i cannot. Then when i try to submit a ticket, theres an error and it says that i cant submit one at this time and i can't attach my DxDiag because it says there's a problem trying to attach this file.
