well.. we have 3 heoric dungeons.. (lv50)

you need 3 items ...

so each dungeon(4man) drop 1 item...

rightklick on any of these 3 and you get your soul...

the basic soul?

80x relics from naryu lab

3? ornaments (lab?, mushin tower,new 4mans?, AH)

evolved stone ( buy from ah its cheap)

 

after you get those you can buy the soul from merchant infront of lab.

 

Edit: ohh, if you mean hongmoon energy, its just upgraded moonwater soul, so upgrade it or combine broken oathbreaker pieces from 4mans

 For the Hongmoon soul  you need 3 sword fragments which drop in the new heroic 4 mans, 

Search auction house for "Broken Oathbreaker's Sword" and you'll find the soul pieces.
