Its all rng luck buddy. Either you get lucky or unlucky from his drop. I got his outfit few weeks ago when i did his daily and I got his hat in one try when i did his daily the next day. I stopped doing his daily cos he's too tiresome and i got what i came for lol . Its all luck . Some people did more than 200+ kills for the hat cos their luck sucks. Good luck!

I've had the worst luck on him ever. 45 kills across two chars, seen one hat drop, the outfit drop twice on two consecutive days (for the same character) and not a single ornament, which is the only thing really worth doing it for in the first place.
