Build AP Reqs

Just put AP requirements into queuing dungeons already so we dont have to waste time spamming party recruit.

Even if they were to put ap requirements in they would put most likely what you actually need to clear the dungeon, in other words nowhere near what most people are spamming for. If you're one of those spamming ap requirements chances are them putting a requirement in game wouldn't help you any.
