[Bug] Spell effect options

Since the Silverfrost patch the following graphic options have no effect whatsoever in game: "Effect Visibility", "Personal SFX Quality" and "SFX Quality for Others". In my case all the SFX are always at maximum quality regardless if the sliders are at 1 or 5.

This is weird, because I have the same problem, except my options are always on the LOWEST settings regardless of what I do.

Same issue there , but if u want turn down go for Graphics > Default Settings and click Optimize for Low-End PCs then uncheck it  , the Personal and Other SFX will be 1 but if u want to put at 5 u need to click Auto Option.

 

Obs: after that u need to configure Advanced Settings again.

skill effects are bound to "apply to all" slider that's why.
