I understand there is reflect mechanics in this game? Like reflecting projectiles?

Does anyone know a good site where I can read up on the reflect mechanic of spells that classes have?
Is it different in pvp compared pve?

Blade and Soul Tree

Here you can simulate any kind of skilltree and read all of the skills. I don't know about similar thing for mobs/bosses, but most of them are using the same(or similar) player skills ^^
