Why we can't ani-cancel while moving?

Is there any explanation on why we're the only class that can't ani cancel while moving? 

This is huge to me, feel so much different when I play other classes ani-canceling and moving.

 

Does anyone knows why?

Destroyers are kind of a beefy class design wise so it's probably mainly just that the big guy swinging giant axes around will have to stand in place when they swing it overhead. If there's a balance reason, I can't say because I haven't played much of the other classes to see how good their ani-cancel is
