New Patch - New Weapons Help!

I have true sirena bangle at The moment,  what should I do?  I don't want to waste tons of gold after new patch incoming

upgrade it at least to awakened pirate lv 1 and you should be ok

Should I rush to true pirate stage 10 till new patch?  And why?

as you can see from true profane ( and by proxy true siren ) it will ask you lvl 50's rss which on the first period of the new patch  those rss will cost too much to afford

What about weapon on alts with Infernal weapons. Does it make sense to make them true profane at least or does not matter?

I'd say leave alts be and rush your main, after you're set on that, you could take care of alts.
