Easy steps that even a WoW player can follow

Before I entered a dungeon there were like 10+ spammers popping in and out of it. They apparently started to play a game of "We can do anything" and began running up to my character, I guess to taunt me or something.

Well here's some easy steps for getting their names.

1) Press [Esc] key with as many as possible on screen.

2) press Print Screen with all the names shown

3) send pic to game support.

Rinse lather , repeat....

This is actually a really good idea and I feel ashamed I didn't think of it.
