Ryuuken
So earlier this morning at about 2am-ish, my girlfriend was d/ced from her account. So she waited till about 4am to try to sign back in and the password wasn't working. She tried multiple times then we thought, change the password. After changing the password successfully after receiving it in the email, it stated that the account was locked. She doesn't use any sort of program to lower ping, we both use different computers, nothing of the sort of any kind to warrant the account being banned if it is. Currently support says the account is being reviewed. Is there a cause for concern? Anyone have any idea on how long something like this may take? AionCheesecake
Make sure she changes her email password, too. I have no ETA on how long it can take 'em to deal with this. The track record as posted on the forums the last couple days hasn't been encouraging. D:
Ryuuken
I maybe seen a couple people get this kind of this issue resolved. Not sure how long it took them though. Just seeking anymore information that relates to this that may help.
Brand X
My friend just had something similar happen to them. Have her double check her bank accounts!
Ryuuken
Ah nah. She hasn't cashed anything on her account within the last two weeks. I know account suspensions or blocks are being issued out lately like candy on Halloween but, has anyone been successful in getting this issue resolved?
