Rise of kill stealing Warlocks

Tired of waiting for mak at e fleet supply chain to get kill steal by a warlock who just gotten there. 

Then waited for 2 others mini bosses then stolen by warlocks again.

This happens all the time but not always with warlocks. I've seen FMs steal the mini bosses from me a ton. Trying to get kit  in misty woods is a nightmare if there are a lot of others around (a ton of people refuse to party as well or a party comes in and steals it while you stand there waiting).
