I am doing the hongmoon skill quest. I am now on the part where it wants me to purchase the hongmoon fan. I purchased it and quest is not updating. Is there something else I need to do?

How did you gain the achievement Flame Orbit Training Secret?
I cant find anything on this...

Open your Achievements, Look under Character>Skill>inferno Training Secret, it shows what you need to complete to get "inferno Training Secret" to advance the HM Inferno Quest.

 

To get "inferno Training Secret" need to completed the following:

 

Hit the Steel Giant with Inferno in the Talus Dungeon (10 times)

Hit the Angler Yeti with Inferno at the the Avalanche Den (10 times)

Hit the Scorpion Queen with Inferno at the Awakened Necropolis (10 times)
