mail just for premium?

so soon as my premium ended ill hit same wall "charge coin" to mail so wtf i need to be fking premium to send a mail to my other char?

You shouldn't...you already charged ncoin, so the mail should already be unlocked (forever). However if it still gets locked after your premium ends, i suggest you to send a ticket, because it's a bug.
