Level 44, story completed?

How do I get to level 45 quickly? I have Yura's letter but I can't read it... I'm just kind of blindly wandering around Mushin's tower.

The letter is the preparation for some (distant) patch so it means you have finished current story. From now on you can either level up from dailies or PvP, it's up to you.

DEpends if you feel ok with Arena PvP. I'd say you can start with Poh24 instance, at lvl 44 you should have a quest "Invitation to Poharan", and (depending on the class u play) run it solo or 2 man for max XP per kill.

I don't seem to have a high enough level weapon to get into Poharan's...

Bartas meant the 24 man instance : E.Fleet Supply Chain not Blackram Supply Chain (which is 6 man and 4 man).
For E.fleet you have to walk there, it's in the south west part of the moonwater plains. There's no weapon requirements since it's just a field area instanced for at most 24 players.
