Warlock 1v1?

I feel i'm being tossed around in a 1v1, but when it comes to pve I feel super useful. I'm looking for a bit of a mix, but at the sametime i'm not really liking when a blade dancer grabs me = gg. The pet is pretty useless on covering me. Any advice?

I have not 1v1d yet with warlock, but keep in mind that the warlock we have is the post-nerf warlock, where they became shit tier... I havent tried pvp yet since too low level so cant give specific tips.
