Cant try the game

So I would like to try this game Blade and soul.

However I cant manage to even get into the game.

 

First I got the E01008 error when starting the launcher.
After a few tries, it does one without error and brings me to the login.

Its still not gone forever, but I can get further by trying the launcher a few times.

 

Than I get to the log in, when I log in I get the gameguard 4049 problem after a while.
I cant connect to that site.

I have tryed disabling all firewalls.
Also tryed all things in this link. Still not working.

Googled to find solutions. Like deleting bin folder. Didnt work either.
 

So how can I fix this?

What PC brand, System spec, internet speed

Were you able to download the game through the launcher ?

I went from windows 8.something to windows 10.

I launched the game as windows 7.

After the recent maintainance, the game launched.

Not sure if it has to do with the changes to windows 10 and launching it as windows 7

or with the maintainance.

 

It didnt launch in one go but it launched.
