How do I join my guild when the faction is full?

Hello to all those reading.  I am wondering if anyone has a tip.  I want to put my new alt in my guild.  But unfortunately the faction that we are part of ( red ) is full.  I have tried for a 4 days, hoping that someone maybe deleted a toon or switched factions.  Yet I get the same " faction is full" message each time.

 

Is there a way to get into my guild?  Do I have to choose a faction?  Can I just level and go back and join when I am level 45?
