Quest/NPC names dissapear.

So i've been having this issue for a while, ive repaired reinstalled everything, and somehow NPC names or quest icons keep dissapearing. more like flickering from my screen. 

 

is there a way to fix this ?

Hi i also have this problem ,even if in my settings its set to show my names and hp and npc names -when i am changing to another zone or enter some dungeon ,or Mushin Tower everything dissapears .Used client repair ,yet seems nothing works .Any hint for this would be rly apreciated.
