So...extra charater slot?

so i have 2 max characters on blade and soul and when i loged is i didnt see my extra charater slot to make a warlock but they did say we will get one for free...what the hell?

It's in the Hongmoon Store. You can access it in the lobby. Under the Services tab, you'll see a voucher for your free character slot. (Costs 0 nCoin)
