Have a delete add to the mail.

In recent days many friends and players have received a mass mailing from a said player with 1 copper attached and the only option available was to "Retrieve Items" below. You can not even block the sender from sending future mailings.

So many players are forced to select the "Retrieve Items" to clear out all their mail. I personally thought excepting these coppers in was in violation of the "Terms Of Service".

Not only advertisement to ploy players to their website that was not only in the subject line, but also details on what you needed to do to with prices included in the mail to get gold from this said website.

This option for "DELETION" of mail is well worth adding.

A staff member already said that for now, you should Retrieve Items from the Vault NPC if you get this mail. So you will be alright doing so.

I was able to block the gold...mailer by opening 'P' and looking for their name on the right side that has all your recent interactions with other players.
