i just cant send mail tho i already purchase ncoins for this shit. anyone can help me solve this problem. your help will be much appreciated and btw also the wardrobe wont work damn son i already relog my account and restart my pc so what is the problem with this sigh*

 I had exactly the same issues earlier today, I sent support a ticket explaining what the problem was and that I had Ncoin on my account but still could not send mail and it was all sorted out in about 2 hours

I have this problem and already sent ticket support from February 11, the first ticket was closed unresolved, I sent another on February 16 and so far have not found a solution. I have two accounts, one new and the other old where there have been acquiring NCoin and two'm having the same problem.
Practically more than a month with the problem and nothing resolved

I have sent a ticket regarding this issue, they said it's a known issue and there is no workaround up until now.
