Azkeel Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 I have this problem and already sent ticket support from February 11, the first ticket was closed unresolved, I sent another on February 16 and so far have not found a solution. I have two accounts, one new and the other old where there have been acquiring NCoin and two'm having the same problem. How will solve more complex problems can not find a solution to a simple email sending bug ??? I expected a better service support ... when will they solve this problem ???
