how do i heal when grab as kfm?

i never heal when i use any of my abilites as kfm? i see ppl knock down into a grab, hit 5 times and heal for 20-30 hp

Think you have to spec points into grab to heal for everytime you hit with a skill

You need to spec your grapple for it. Tier 4 Form 2. It will give you 3% hp for each attack during grapple. 2-3 LBs into a headbutt is your best healing. Headbutt hits twice, so it will give you 11% HP (3%x2+5%).
