wtf is wrong with PVP?

So last few days ive been doing PVP...

So I noticed something which is complete and utter bullshit... 

When webbing some one to the ground especially destroyers... they can turn *cricket*ing around like they dont care.

They are supposed to be STUCK and NOT able to MOVE why the hell is this then even in the *cricket* game get rid of it since its utter useless in pvp anyways.

not really.. some legit players turn too its kinda a bug thing i think.. even when I watched some KR vids while being

stunned/dazed/webbed they kinda turn a bit too..
