Best KFM build?

Hi, I'm very new to this game, this is my second week here. 

 

1. I don't want to have to switch my build around.

2. I do the daily quests in Misty Woods and sick of dying to backstabbing cowards.

3. PVE build clears fast but it sucks at fighting back, and PVP build kills mobs slowly. 

 

So I need a build that does both efficiently!

I use tiger strike/searing palm build when doing PVP dailies, and just add my tab escape and some CC instead of taking full PVE stuff. I have no idea if it's the "best" but it works fine for me.
