ShadowRose
Just wondering. Its obvious with the admin bots that you cant block or even click on that the security on BnS is absolute garbage that needs a complete overhaul soon before hackers get serious and go all out to just steal the peoples credit card infos instead of just a stupid admin bot that is impervious to everything and that clears the entire chat advertising gold. This crap is getting beyond stupid Ncsoft and i know you had big botting and hacking issues in your previous games but you need to realize that if you dont fix this now people will not only leave your game but for all they know with this obvious extreme hack that their info isnt even safe with you. I didn't care about the spammers to be honest till now. This will only get worse and if you don't fix it now and a hacker does get serious and steals your customers info then you will probably face a minimum of a huge lawsuit against you for knowingly doing nothing to stop them. This might not be present in china or korean bns but it is here whether you want it to be or not and it need to be put on top priority to be fixed because if you just push out new content and not fix this then by the time were up to date with koreas then you wont even have a player base in the west for it much less any ground to stand on for the security of your game. Also im not leveling accusations or anything im just stating that this is starting to become a very serious problem that needs to be fixed as fast as possible before something bad happens.
