Costume transfer? How to?

I planned to main Warlock for awhile now, but rolled Force Master for the time being. And I was wondering of how to transfer my cash shop  costume. Anyone know?

I really want to know too! I know that they planned on releasing an item from the Hongmoon Shop to transfer costumes to different characters but I want to know if that's still a thing and when they're gonna release it.

 

Hopefully they're still going on board with it seeing how costumes aren't going to be account bound anytime soon :/

NA is developing a way to transfer outfit, still in development so...wait until it is done.

I really hope they decide to make it all costume and not just cash shop ones.

 

If it's something we have to pay for, they should at least let you transfer whatever costume you want.
