Server downs and premium

EU players moan a lot because we are usually the last in the line for new games

We are given low end terrible servers which someone's feel like it running on a PC 

We usually get patched at peak play times

We pay money to play at times a lot of us are home from work etc etc but find the servers down more than once

Refunds don't always lessen the annoyances

 

Sadly this is the state of all games and companies nowadays

We can only hope they will re-roll to the older gaming days when companies thought about the customers first

 

The basic rule in the past was - A happy customer = A loyal happy spender = A happy company

Todays rule - A happy company = A lot of disloyal customers

 

Simple fix for premium spenders - Make it only run when they are logged in not logged out
