Fabuland
I'm actually playing on a laptop (yep, a very good laptop) and most of the games runs smoothly about 60 FPS or even more. While playing Blade and Soul with the lowest graphics possible the game run at 15-20 FPS. I don't know if there's something I can do to fix that or the problem is the bad optimization of the game. Spartain
Same thing here, the game optimization is just a pile of ****. And It doesn't look very promising as it's likely a problem in the engine.
Relott
what i don't get is why my performance in 4k is literally garbage when there really isn't much to show for it onscreen

First of all, what brand and model of laptop. Pretty important information if you want actual help. Secondly, "most of the games run smoothly"... What games? They could be browser games for all we know. So to try and blindly help you, here is a site: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri In graphics try: Optimize for combat, and/or optimize for low-end pc's. Clearly it is not his/her laptops fault, due to the fact that most of the games he/she plays are most likely optimized even when played on a laptop. Myself got the same problem after not playing for a week, fps dropped from over 100 down to 25, max 30. Whatever "optimization" updates were included in the patches caused a huge chunk of people starting to lagg with whatever setting values or worse, made it completely unplayable for them. Windy
Its an general issue, yet its easier to blame the player's pc's,isp's etc. This game its not so new-how come its in so low condition? I'm playing with my friends from different zones of world-all of them are complaining about lag.Time to do something about it ,no?

Nekori
There is an option to change the max fps, but I suppose you already found that one. My game is not smooth either. I have a very new, self-built gaming pc that can run pretty much every game at max graphics. I tried searching all the graphic options for something that caused the game to be so freezy/laggy on my pc. The only thing that helped just a little was changing the max fps to 120 (the limit in the options). Now it runs above 100 fps all the time but I still can't say I'm satisfied. People have been hyped about this game becoming available in Europe so this is a little disappointment to me.

I get 60 FPS just in Mushin tower, in towns and crowded areas it runs at 25-30 FPS. (Minim graphics) http://imgur.com/p4jBEOE
