Respown time of final bosses

What is point in Nightshade Harbor and E. Fleet Supply Chain final bosses have so long respown time?

In pub party we make all daily quests in 20 minus and next +-20 mins we only stay in final boss arena and waiting for respown?

Final boss respawns aren't based on time, they're based on the number of kills on other bosses in the area. If you're standing at the final boss arena waiting for them to respawn, you're basically waiting for another party to run around and kill enough of the other bosses to spawn the final boss.

i think the final boss spawns after nine other boss kills or so.

You should be running around killing bosses for their boxes. You will get more loot + speed up Poh or Mae times immensely. Otherwise, yeah, you are just waiting on other players to do exactly that
