Pierce T3S1

Hey,

 

I'm wondering what does Pierce Tier3 Stage1 does.

It says "Maximum Boost On consecutive uses", but I'm only using pierce after block/cyclone, and: "Maximum Boost On a successful Block", etc.

 

So what is the point of T3S1?

Not much if you're using those. It would only be useful to you if you couldn't find anything to block.

If you use it outside blocking or other situations that boost it, it means from the second cast onward it doesn't have a wind up time.
