okay, so damage reduction works like the extra damage gem, when you hit and the gem proc, it adds the described value damage to your  damage . Same as damage reduction, if the boss hits you 10000 and your damage reduction is 100, you subtract it, and you actual received damage is 9k . As for recovery stats, this stats works on all your  healing stuff like some special potions, skills and your life drain gems too. If I'm comparing these two belts , I would say they are both shitty, but which one I use? the siren
