Leechers/Afkers in cross-server.

Pretty simple, me and my group have a leecher amongst us and we'd like to know if there's anything we can do to make sure he doesn't get any rewards but still finish the dungeon.

 

Or if there's any way to kick him out the group.

If your party is willing to sacrifice, you could change the loot settings to FFA (Master Looter) so he doesn't get any loot or money.

he still gets his quests done this way. I want him to get absolutely nothing.

Only thing you can do is collectively just nope out and requeue.

Yea... that is why I am soloing mostly every dungeon. Fking tired of these Lv 45 leechers at Lv 36+ dungeons. Especially those staying right next to the heat spot and doing absolutely nothing, even getting hit, nope sir, I won't do any shit.

Change the loot settings (if you're playing with friends on the same server)and trade drops/money. If not, there's not much you can do about it other than re-queue or let it be. You can do most dungeons with two people anyway. It would be a different story if AFKer's damage/participation is actually needed to get the dungeon finished.
