Very Low FPS whit 970GTX Help plz

Help me please i have very low FPS whit that conf:

Configuration  PC Is: Windows 10  Pro 64Bits

 

Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 LE 

Ram: 8Gbs   ( RAM DDR3 Corsair Value1333Mhz CL9 )

CardGraphic: GTX 970 MSI

CPU: IntelCore i5 2500k 3.30GHz

 

at Blackwyrm & Terror & World Boss & Faction Boss i have very very low FPS ( 4,8,10 fps ) i need  your help  for up my fps please

I have issues with my single 970 as well. My friend on the other hand tells me he gets above 60FPS in areas where I only manage about 45.

 

Granted, I play in 4K as it's my native res but he's apparently upscaled to 4K and has better FPS than me.

that i5 is not hes problem here (amd) fx 6300 3.75ghz and all work not that bad at wyrm30-40 with max textures and rest optimized for combat but if not alot peoples around me its always great fps 0 laggs but y i heard that many ppls have problem with high end pc like twice better than my and have just 10-20 all about how u configure ur pc not what u have in it :) than sry cant help for that u need upgrade for sure something and if u ask y 4k:)

Don't know what you just said, but...

 

I get max FPS with the limiter all the way up. 100+ FPS.

 

And yes, the CPU is the problem. The game is more CPU intensive because DX9 is shit.

try to set up your nvidia settings properly. They can force a bit of the cpu onto the gpu in my opinion. It gave me an extra 5-10 fps extra on a low end laptop.

2,2ghz i7 + geforce 710m. I'm at 30 fps in dungeons and 20fps+ on bw/terrors with ctrl+f wiht medium settings.

 

my settings on nvidia

anisotropic filtering = program

anti-aliasing fxaa = off

AA mode = program

AA transparency= off

triple buffering = off

energy mode = max performance

maximum pre-rendered frames = 1

shader-cache = on

texture   anisotropic = off

               quality = quality

               LOD-bias = clamp (do not allow)

               trillinear optimisation = on

thread optimisation = off

vertical sync = program

virtual reality pre-rendered frames = 1

 

These settings in the nvidia gave me a good boost in fps for my laptop wise. You can try changing a bit here and there but see what works for you.

I do get low fps some times but most of the time its 40fps+ and my specs arent even that great 

 

AMD HD8970M (duel)

Intel Core i7-4710MQ 2.5GHz

Out of curiosity, in task manager, what resources are the closest to being completely depleted?

Also have you tried closing most other applications while playing to see if that helps?
