That's a vague answer. What exactly is unlocking the potential of other classes?

 

It's just a simple question that if a skilled player can fully utilize any class, summoner comes at the bottom of his class choices PvP. It's not a matter of the class being unbalanced, it comes down to people being bad at using their classes and not knowing how to deal with summoners properly. Summoner is a noobstomper as others like to call it. Balancing can't be based on people's skill on using or dealing with a specific class. It has to be based it's full potential.

As of now, people are slowly learning how to combat summoners properly. People who are serious about PvP know exactly what to do against them.
