Is there a way to enter the cross-dungeon or the place where you all gathered up after finding a party on F8 function without joining a party??
It is where the NPC dragon trader, general merchant and quest npc are located.

Is there a way to enter that place without joining a party for the purpose of insta-using the general merchant and dragon trader especiall when I am out of inventory slot on an area without dragon trader near.

I'm not totally sure but i think if u press F7 on top you get a go to cross-server lobby.Try clicking it and see what happen.

OK. I known i gonna sound like jerk/*cricket*, etc. but this is onyly way i think:

 

F8-> choose any dungeon -> leave party -> just stay there and do what you wanna.

 

And dont worry. Crossserver gonna search ppl for party you left eather way, so no rly problem, as long as you dont leave when party fight boss or something like that. If you leave before they enter dungeon no one gonna be angry i think.
