SUGGESTION-MVP SYSTEM ON BOSS FIGHTS

how about an MVP system on boss fights. calculated as: damage dealt+boss skills countered+aggro duration=MVP, something like that.
Then just a little bit of separate reward for the MVP, maybe another treasure box or whatever is balanced.

MVP animation at the end of boss fights, something like an emoticon above a characters head identifying him/her as an MVP.
MVP applied only within 3 level gap.
Then throw it in the achievements list for a sick title. For example:
10 MVP boss fights: MVP Rookie +.1% damage on boss within 3 level gap
20 MVP boss fights: MVP Champion +.2% damage on boss within 3 level gap
30 MVP boss fights: MVP Legend +.4% damage on boss 3 within 3 level gap
40 MVP boss fights: MVP Hall of Famer +.8% damage on boss within 3 level gap
50 MVP boss fights: MVP King +1.5% damage on boss within 3 level gap
100 MVP boss fights: MVP Boss +3% damage on boss within 3 level gap

I really don't see why there would be a point to brag about being "mvp" from killing a boss or not. 

 

It's about teamwork, and if you're in it for "glory" you're doing something wrong.

It is giving an incentive for the most damager who prep up his equipment set to max out his/her potential damage and something to pursue on the achievements list.
And another challenge for thyself of maybe soloing some boss. 

No one is saying that it's not a teamwork and just for self glory. Every sports has an mvp and it is a team play.
If there is difference in the preference of mechanics that someone wants to play doesn't necessarily mean that they are doing something wrong.

There are mvp mechanics in other games. I am simply suggesting an idea.

id like to see something like this in the game..

seeing how most of the cross server dungeons ive done always have 1 or 2 people that just afk or semi afk.. or also the super lowbies (lv20s+ running Tomb of Exile) getting carried that just want your money from bids and help at nothing at all.. lol
