Costume worn over Faction Uniform, 2 costume slots, 1 to enable pvp, 2nd for cosmetic

Why are we not allowed to have the ability to wear a costume over our faction uniform during pvp or faction quests.  There should be 2 slots, 1 for faction uniform to switch to pvp mode and another slot to allow for another costume to be a cosmetic piece.  Its just stupid to not be able to look different during pvp, everyone wearing the exact same thing.

I think that's the point, even from a distance you can tell that it is a member of the opposing faction, Ignore the red names for a moment... could you imagine the chaos a real battle would be if everyone had different armour/colours on, you wouldn't know who was who.
