Accidentally Discarded items

I was trying to stack my cinderlands silicates together, accidentally clicked off of the inventory box and confirmed discarding without even thinking about it. Is there any way to recover discarded items? I don't know how to submit a ticket in this game so I'm posting here. Thanks for any help.
