kick buton in party and vote system

too many times happened not to bother me. usually in groups in cross server dungeon is someone who sits AFK and he comes at the end for loot who did not worked and we can not vote him out. and something else in Brightstone Ruins after fight with two bosses leader can change loot option and can get away with all the loot (it happened already 6 times to me). You can not put a voting system if they accept the new loot system???

You can right click their name and vote kick is one of the options. You just need to get enough people to vote kick. It could be better optimized, I agree, like a popup on your screen that lets you see that there's a kick vote going.

this was asked back in CBT and NCSoft claims that they are working on a solution which im guessing is a vote system of some sort so leaders dont have full control over everything.

It should be like in TERA. You cannot change the loot options during combat and when you want to do it - everybody has to agree.
