bought NCCoin, never got it

I bought NCCoin almost an hour ago, my bank account was charged, I never got the coins.

 

It says wait for 12 hours, lol.

 

Is that for real or did something go wrong?

Crap. I guess I should put a bigger order of NCoins in LOL! I just made the purchase & received the pending e-mail. Pretty much made a derp face when I saw the word ' PENDING ' :D

At least you guys got that far. My first purchase as well. Though when I hit the final ok button and it goes to the "processing your payment" part, it freezes. Tried reloading but nothing. Check my account settings and it shows 0 NCCoin and mentions nothing in transaction history. 

Immediately check my bank account, sure as shit, I have been charged.

same here, i bought them 30 mins ago and nothing. when i bought again 1 week ago i got them immedately. if u cant deliver Ncsoft then stop selling them. i dont want them in an  hour i want them now, i mean wtf?

 Do you know you can buy Ncoin from other sources, Like Amazon and OffGamers, G2A.com, get it instant and is 100% safe, Seems NC been having isues with fraudulant Paypal  and bank payment so its not easy to buy direct from them, especially the first time. 

 

 My Friend just bought some from Offgamers, after making an account with them and had the Ncoin code sent straight to her Offgamers account instantly and then redeemed it in her NC account all within  5 mins and it was cheaper.
