Siren Belt Question!!@!@!

is one siren belt stats different from next siren belt stats?

Anybody know? I have 2 right now... but... if this stats are fixed, i dont want to waste unsealing charms..

Pretty sure the belts only have 1 set of stats, the bracelet on the other hand has around 3-4 different rolls for it.

and is sirent belt the one that I should equip??
