do the faction dailies in moonwater/misty woods...

and several hero dungeon drop a little soulstone too i believe...

I picked up a few running Tomb of Exiles, but that was after quite a few runs to complete the soul shield set so they're scarce. I've been told right now the only other way to get them is doing the end game PvP daily quests unfortunately for folks like me that do not like to PvP.

u dont actually have to pvp XD

there is 1 quest out of 5 or 6 that has actual pvp in it .. rest is pve in an open world pvp environment but u can always switch channels if u meet the opposing faction and dont want to engage

Soulstones drop frequently in the RNG boxes, which is helping to drive the price down.
