I need help, how can i join guilds? plz help<3

There is a quest in Jadestone where you can join guilds. :D I've joined the Stone Cutters and the Herbal one. 

I forget what the quest is called but if I find it later I will post again.

you can walk up to the representatives and join before you receive the quest at 15 as well, though if you dont know anything about them doing the quest would explain each guild, once you are 15 it just pops up in your log as a letter...

 

unless you mean clans, with players in them, in that case you need to join crimson legion or cerulean order first, then F7 to bring up party finder and flip to the clan recruitment tab and look for clans you want to join.
