Chapter 7: Bark At The Moon bugged?

I have ran Lycandi's Den TWICE and killed the boss both times with a group and I still cant complete the quest. Is this quest bugged or something?
Go to the Cheif's room in Lycandi Den. I have been everywhere in the Den and still I get no credit for the quest. What gives?

Same here. Both cross server and same server groups. This is stupid. Don't they test this stuff before they release it?
