After the soul shield and the elite uniform is there anything else worth it to trade in for these? like are those necklaces any better than Hongmoon?

Yes, at least i read somewhere that those have better stats for pvp builds, cannot remember where i read it and i really dont know if its legit..

 

Also ppl says that after u level up ur faction rank, more quests and items will come to these faction npcs.

 

I also have question for if anyone knows what difference is between superior and regular insignias? at Misty woods faction npc trades 50 regular insignias for 1 superior insignias, perhas they are used in later ranks?

there will probly be future use for insignias in later content maybe and those necklaces cant even be bought till u rank up to general first class I think it is
